- three days before the visit to the clinic, do not add legumes, cabbage to the diet, exclude the consumption of fresh fruits, muffins, carbonated drinks
- if the ultrasound is performed transabdominally, it is necessary to fill the ureter (refrain from urinating 3 hours before the examination, or drink a glass of clean water an hour before the diagnosis)
- transvaginal ultrasound is performed on an empty bladder.
