Stages of the procedure
The process of egg cryopreservation consists of several key stages
Examination of a woman by specialists (obstetrician-gynecologist, reproductive specialist, passing the necessary instrumental and laboratory tests, therapist).
Hormonal stimulation of ovulation to achieve the maximum possible number of mature follicles with eggs.
Follicle puncture and egg collection in the operating room using general anesthesia.
Freezing of female germ cells using the vitrification method, which avoids damage to the eggs.
Placement of vitrified eggs on special devices (cryotopes) for storage for 1 year.

What is included in the program?
The Reproductive Guarantee program includes a full range of diagnostic and preparatory measures:
- Consultation with a therapist
- Ultrasound of the mammary glands
- Syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B (HBsAg/antibodies IgM to HBsorAg), C
- PCR. Determination of DNA (Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma species, Ureaplasma parvum and Ureaplasma urealyticum)
- Antimullerian hormone
- Blood type + Rh factor
- Complete blood count (automatic heminalysis, 33 indicators)
- General urine analysis
- Coagulogram on an automatic analyzer
- Fasting venous blood glucose
- Microscopy of urogenital scraping
- Cytomorphological examination of the epithelium for atypical cells
