She is an expert in managing pregnancy in high-risk women, including pregnant women with severe cardiovascular disease (congenital and acquired heart defects, prosthetic heart valves, hypertension, etc.), gastrointestinal, lung, blood, autoimmune, and oncological diseases.
Based on the results of the work, a group of clinicians with the participation of A. Lymanska developed methodological and clinical recommendations "Modern approaches to the management of pregnancy, childbirth and treatment of women with cardiovascular diseases in the setting of heart failure", issued 3 patents and published 56 articles in leading journals, including those included in the international scientometric database.
