Drug therapy

Treatment of endocrine disorders in men and women with the help of medications. This includes normalizing hormonal levels, eliminating inflammation, and stimulating the ovaries to produce mature eggs.

Surgical intervention

Minimally invasive surgeries: hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for women (removal of polyps, adhesions, cysts) and microsurgery for men (treatment of varicocele, restoration of the patency of the tract). For men, it is also possible to perform a biopsy of the testicle or epididymis (TESA, TESE, micro-TESE methods). It allows to find and obtain single spermatozoa for fertilization even in the most severe forms of male infertility.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

is the simplest method of ART. Specially processed sperm from a partner or donor is injected directly into the uterine cavity with a catheter during ovulation, which facilitates the meeting of the sperm with the egg.

In vitro fertilization (IVF)

Full cycle of fertilization “in vitro” (“in vitro”). The doctor receives the eggs, embryologists fertilize them in the laboratory, grow the embryos up to the 5th day, and transfer the best one into the patient’s uterus.

ICSI

Micromanipulation method, when the embryologist selects the best sperm under a microscope and injects it directly into the cytoplasm of the egg. Effective in case of male factor.

Nuclear transfers

A unique technique (“children from three parents”) that allows women with damaged mitochondria or low quality oocytes to give birth to their genetically unique child by transferring the mother’s nucleus into a healthy donor egg.

Donor programs

A solution for couples who do not have their own high-quality germ cells. We use carefully tested oocytes and sperm from donors, which guarantees high chances of pregnancy and the health of the unborn child.

Surrogate motherhood

A solution for couples who do not have their own high-quality germ cells. We use carefully tested oocytes and sperm from donors, which guarantees high chances of pregnancy and the health of the unborn child.
